Return and Exchange Policy

At La Perle, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with your purchases and providing a transparent and high-quality shopping experience in accordance with the consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates.

First: Return and Exchange Conditions

Customers are entitled to request an exchange or return under the following conditions:

The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

The item must be unused and in its original condition, without any damage or alteration.

The item must be returned with its original packaging and all attached tags.

The purchase invoice or proof of purchase must be included.

Second: Non-Returnable Items

Return or exchange requests cannot be accepted in the following cases:

Items that have been used or washed.

Items damaged due to misuse.

Custom-made or made-to-order items (if applicable).

Special offers and discounts (unless there is a manufacturing defect).

Third: Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted subject to size or design availability. Required.

In case of a price difference, the difference will be paid or refunded as applicable.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange unless the reason is an error on the part of the store.

Fourth: Returns and Refunds

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method.

The refund process takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on the bank or payment service provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors.

Fifth: Defective Products or Order Errors

If you receive a product that:

Has a manufacturing defect

Or is different from the order

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and the request will be processed at no additional cost to the customer.
