Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours for unworn items.
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
- Free from perfume, makeup, stains, or signs of wear
As custom-made pieces are made to order, they cannot be returned. Alterations can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to requirements.
